When I first met with Katharine I was suffering from some significant losses in my life. I was physically, emotionally and spiritually fatigued and not my usual bubbly energetic self.
She was warm and caring and straight away I felt relaxed to share what I was going through before my session. I had not had experience with Reiki before and during my session I felt calm and relaxed and felt a large weight had been lifted. After my session I instantly felt energetic and balanced. I continued with two more sessions and so thankful that I am balanced and back to my bubbly energetic self.
