My Approach
Reiki Therapy Session:
Our session begins with a short, informal conversation clarifying your needs and expectations for your session and to create a comfortable 2way connection.
You laydown or sit with your eyes closed (or open) relaxed, on a comfortable massage bed/or lounge chair surrounded by calming, soothing music and soft lighting. I channel Reiki energy through my hands, positioned above your body, not touching. The energy channels through to you to where it is needed.
What you may experience:
You may experience heat, coolness, feel tingling or wave sensations within your body, see colours, lights just to name a few. Or maybe nothing. At the end of the session all recipients have experienced a real sense of peace and calmness with some feeling totally energised. It's very individual.
I deliver Reiki in my Healing Room (@ 2 locations Castle Hill and Breakfast Point) I also offer Remote/Distance Reiki Healing, just as effective as in person.
