Our session begins with a short, informal conversation clarifying your needs and expectations for your session and to create a comfortable 2way connection.
You lay down with your eyes closed (or open) relaxed, on a comfortable massage bed (or seated if you prefer) surrounded by calming, soothing music and soft lighting. I channel Reiki energy through my hands, positioned just above your body, not touching.
Total session duration is 90mins.

Three Reiki sessions are usually recommended as a starting point and to give you, the healee, time to evaluate what benefits you are receiving. The spacing between healings is
1 session a week over 2 – 3 weeks.
Taking into consideration how we can best fit healing sessions with your needs and schedule.
In Subsequent Healing Sessions we discuss
(5-10mins) any shifts mentally, emotionally, physically, &/or spiritually following your last visit. The remainder of the session you will be receiving Reiki Healing Energy.

Distance Healing, also known as Remote Healing, is the relaxing transfer of Reiki energy channelled through the practitioner (me) to the recipient, no matter where you happen to be.
Distance Healing has the ability to be just as effective as the in-person healing, no need for physical presence and can be felt across any distance.

I recommend for you to lay/sit in a comfortable position, with soft calming music in the background as I direct
Reiki Energy to you.
